Delivery

Pryde & Petal offers local flower delivery throughout London, Ontario.

All deliveries will arrive by 5:00 PM on the selected delivery date.

Same-day orders must be placed by 1:00 PM. Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability.
For the care and safety of your flowers, arrangements will be returned to the Pryde & Petal studio if no one is available to receive the delivery and no alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
If you know the recipient won’t be home, please provide delivery instructions when placing your order so we can make appropriate arrangements.
If you have specific delivery instructions or would like to make alternate arrangements, please include them with your order or contact us ahead of time.

Flower Care

With a little fresh water, a cool spot and some simple care, your flowers can continue to bring beauty to your space for days to come. If you have any questions about caring for your arrangement, we're always happy to help!

Give them a fresh start
As soon as your flowers arrive, remove any packaging and place your arrangement somewhere cool, away from direct sunlight, heating vents, drafts and ripening fruit.

Trim the stems
If your arrangement needs fresh water, trim the stems slightly at an angle with clean, sharp scissors or floral shears. This helps the flowers take up water more easily.

Remove fading blooms
As individual flowers begin to fade, gently remove them from the arrangement. This keeps the design looking fresh and allows the remaining flowers to shine.

Keep the water fresh
For arrangements in water, check the water level daily and top it up as needed. Change the water every 1–2 days, giving the vase a quick rinse before refilling with fresh, cool water.

Choose the right spot
Flowers last longest in a cool location away from direct sunlight, appliances that give off heat and areas with temperature changes.

A note about seasonal flowers
Every arrangement is made with fresh flowers, and each variety has its own natural lifespan. Some blooms may open quickly while others continue to develop over several days. This natural evolution is part of what makes every arrangement unique.
