Subscription Orders

By purchasing a floral subscription, you agree to the subscription frequency and price selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected schedule unless cancelled before your next scheduled delivery.

Payment will be billed monthly to the credit card on file, beginning on your first delivery date. Your card will continue to be charged according to your selected subscription schedule until your subscription is cancelled.

Delivery

Subscriptions are available for delivery within our local delivery area in London, Ontario. Your flowers will be delivered by 5:00 PM on your scheduled delivery day. Please ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement or provide appropriate delivery instructions.

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available and alternative delivery instructions were not provided, the arrangement may be returned to the studio. Additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery.

Refunds

Because flowers are perishable and purchased specifically for each order, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the design or arrangement process has started.

If there is an issue with your arrangement, please contact Pryde & Petal within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos so we can determine the best way to make it right.

Floral Designs

Each arrangement will be uniquely designed by Pryde & Petal using seasonal flowers and our current availability. Your selected size and colour palette will be honoured whenever possible, while the specific flowers and design will vary based on the season and availability.

Flower varieties may be substituted when necessary while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, size, and value of your selected subscription.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from the selected palette depending on seasonal flower availability.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to your subscription may be made up until the design or arrangement process has started for your upcoming delivery.

Once Pryde & Petal has begun designing or creating your arrangement, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible, as flowers and materials may have already been purchased and prepared specifically for your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an upcoming subscription delivery.
